Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to requests and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Protecting the website, preventing abuse and ensuring its stability and security: the controller’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by authorised personnel and by the technical providers required for hosting and email, appointed as processors where applicable. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place only under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Retention
Messages are retained for as long as needed to manage the request and any resulting relationship, in addition to applicable legal obligations. Technical logs are retained for the period needed for security and service-management purposes.
